Delivery
Nuv Online Co. delivers to addresses in Australia only. Every order goes by express post at no charge, whatever its size, and you will see the delivery line at checkout before you pay.
When it leaves
We pack orders in Melbourne. An order placed by 2pm AEST on a weekday normally leaves that afternoon; anything later, or over a weekend or public holiday, leaves on the next working day.
How long it takes
- Melbourne and regional Victoria: usually one to two working days.
- Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Brisbane: usually two to three working days.
- Perth, Hobart, Darwin and remote areas: allow up to six working days.
Tracking
The tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Long items such as levels, clamps and tool cases may need a street address rather than a parcel locker.
If a tracking number has not updated for five working days, email support@nuvonline.store with the order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
