What we hold
- Your name, delivery address, email and phone number, so we can fulfil and deliver your order.
- Card details are entered on our payment provider’s secure form. We never receive or keep your full card number.
- Basic technical data such as pages visited and browser type, used to keep the site running.
Who sees it
Our payment provider, to process your payment, and our delivery carrier, to deliver your parcel. Each may use it only for that purpose. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Australian tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@nuvonline.store.
