Returns
If something is not right for the job, send it back unused within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the item price.
Starting a return
Email support@nuvonline.store with your order number and the items you are sending back. We reply with the return address. Please keep tools and fixings in their original case or bag so they can be checked.
Postage and timing
- Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item was faulty or we packed the wrong one.
- Your refund is processed to the card you paid with within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
- The original delivery charge is not refundable unless the mistake was ours.
Faulty or incorrect items
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
