Terms of sale
These terms cover orders placed on nuvonline.store.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. If a product turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will let you know and refund it in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the amount you pay for the goods. Payment is taken by card when you place the order. If a price is clearly wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to cancel.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are given in good faith. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Returns
Our Returns page sets out how returns and refunds work, and is part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
